Q. What is the Hydrokleen System?
A. The Hydrokleen System is a multifunctional hygienic device affixing to any toilet seat. The Hydrokleen System dispenses clean tempered water through a moveable wand and variable nozzles to posterior regions of men, women, and children. It also has a dispenser system which when attached can provide cleansing solution (i.e. soaps, lotions and/or medications) per physician's approval.
Q. Is a plumber or electrician required to install the Hydrokleen System?
A. We recommend that a licensed plumber install the Hydrokleen System for your safety and convenience. There is no electrical required.
Q. How does the Hydrokleen System work?
A. The Hydrokleen System is extremely simple to operate. A self closing control valve operates as an auto on/off pressure valve. It can be installed on the right or left side of the toilet seat, (when ordered right or left - standard systems are shipped to be right hand side) designed to be easily turned on and automatically turned off for the physically disadvantaged persons, or children. The Hydrokleen System is designed to be adjustable by individuals to meet their physiological size (ie. small, large, male, female, or child). The wand is adjustable over a wide radius, allowing all posterior areas to be reached and cleansed.
Q. How do I use the Hydrokleen System?
A. The user sits on the toilet as usual. When ready to use, simply extend the control handle to the desired position, depress the control handle, engaging the tempered water stream for as long as desired. Note: By increasing flow of water, it can act as an enema (See other features). When finished cleansing, release handle and retract Hydrokleen wand back to original position. A great feature of the Hydrokleen System, unlike a Bidet, is the adjustable water-dispensing wand and dispensing system (i.e. soaps, lotions and/or medications) per physician's approval. The manual adjusting feature allows for reaching any area of the posterior by moving the Hydrokleen wand where desired. A. Yes! The Hydrokleen System dispenses tempered water when a mixing valve is purchased and installed.
Q. What happens should the toilet overflow?
A. Should the toilet overflow, the Hydrokleen System is protected by a Vacuum Breaker to prevent contamination of the water supply. Once the Hydrokleen System is reactivated, clean pressurized water from the intake valve quickly flushes out any contaminants. Backflow is not possible.

A. The Hydrokleen System uses various materials including solid brass and stainless steel, all chosen for long life span, strength, anti-corrosion capabilities, ease of cleansing, non-staining and equally important, GOOD LOOKS.

Q. How is the Hydrokleen System sterilized or cleaned?
A. It can be boiled, steamed, even put into an autoclave for total sterilization when used in medical health care facilities. It is also designed to be self-cleansing after every use. For household use, wipe with a moist towel or sponge with a non-abrasive toilet bowl cleaner as you would normally use. Use of abrasive cleaners may damage the finish, thus voiding the warranty.
Q. Does any part of the body come into physical contact with the Hydrokleen System?
A. The movable wand and nozzle sits approximately four inches below the posterior. Water pressure is sufficient for the water stream to comfortably reach and thoroughly cleanse and/or soothe desired areas. The only part of your body which comes into direct contact with the system should be your hand when activating the control valve.

Q. How is the Hydrokleen System affixed to the toilet?
A. “Easily & Simply”, by clamping the retention clamp to the bottom of the toilet seat and tightening with a stainless steel screw. Ample dimensions are allowed to fit any width seat as well as seats with different edges, curved or angled. Four screws are included for permanent attachment to the toilet seat for commercial users.
Q. Can the Hydrokleen System be used for children?
A. It is safe for all ages when used responsibly.
Q. Is the Hydrokleen System tax deductible?
